S3 Frontier auto pauses during workouts then gets stuck

After I received the update for my S3 Frontier last month whenever I hit auto pause during a workout (walk and running to be specific) after I unpause it to resume the workout the time continues but my distance and steps freezes. The watch will continue to count my steps as a whole but for that specific workout, it gets stuck. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

after all the problems after the update, I'm thinking of turning off the automatic update, because my watch works great, I'm worried after the update that it won't work properly anymore?
