S3 Frontier Not Waking On Notifications

My S3 Frontier is no longer waking up when I get notificaitons. It seems like this started, either when it went to Tizen 4.0.0.2 or when my S9+ went to Pie. I can't recall now.

I have the settings on the phone and watch all correct, best I can tell.

Is anyone else having this problem?

and i had such problems after updating the clock, everything canceled my settings, afterwards i set everything up again (not the factory restart), but entering the options, in order .....
