s3 Frontier vs Apple Watch 4

I've heard a lot about the how Apple Watch has saved people's lives with it's heart rate monitor... Does anyone know how the s3 stacks up in this department? On paper Apple Watch 4 seems pretty impressive.

I looked at the Apple Watch 4 in Verizon and must admit I was very impressed with it. I think it does out do the Frontier S3 at least in terms oh health monitoring. I am considering switching Eco Systems but still in thinking mode.

Each has their strengths and weaknesses. The Apple 4 has a better heart rate and some better health apps, but I don't have heart problems, so getting the fairly accurate heart rate provided by the S3 is fine. For me Samsung Pay is a huge advantage because it works on almost every reader and I just like something that looks like a watch and not a toy on my wrist. While I have friends that love their Apple watches, I would never have it on my wrist.
