S3 i747m Root ?

Hi, someone if we can root the i747m version ? (Telus, Canada).

I try the Odin3 (CF-Root-SG3-V6.1), but it doesn't work

I have used this method successfully on an at&t S3 in the States. However, this method does require a carrier specific file so it may not be available to you.

At first I got a failure until I noticed that the first two times you have to boot into recovery you have to hold the UP VOL button and the final time you have to hold the DOWN VOL button. It was a simple and easy to have happen mistake. Once I got it right the rooting was easy-peasy.

You will most likely get more and better assistance if you provide a detailed description of exactly what you did and exactly what didn't work. Also posting this question over on the XDA forum if you haven't already done so will most likely get you some additional help.
