S3 i9300, updated to 4.3, root, WiFi won?t access secure sites

Hello,

I updated my S3 to 4.3 using KIES (OTA upgrade 3 days ago), rooted. All seems fine, but I cannot access secure sites such as Google play, bank account through WiFi. Using network they are OK.

Did a cache clean as recommended in another post to no avail.
