S3 is too smart?

My unrooted stock 4.1 GS3 keeps on changing settings on its own and its starting to get creepy. It will change notification tones, volume setting, text settings, lock screen settings and a few other settings by its own accord. I just did a factory reset last night so my first guess was ghosts, any ideas?

As strange as this sound I've seen my Haptic feedback turn off by itself as well. I had to complete a factory reset myself after the Jelly Bean update due to 4 random reboots.

I turned off the drop sound it makes every time you push a button on the phone then magically (3 times now) it decided to turn itself back on. lol.
