S3 lost features since update eg. T9 keyboard

Since Samsung update about a month ago, my device has lost or changed things. Don't seem to be able to update WhatsApp and my keyboard has left the Galaxy, with my talking Galaxy lady. Google seems to have taken over. Is there any way I can at least get my T9 keyboard back? The Samsung setting is grayed out and I can't restore it. Please help!

I'm not sure what exactly is happening...but you might want to consider a factory reset to clear out any issues that may have occurred during the update process. You can do this from the device: system settings > security (reset/backup). Let us know if that helps. Be sure to backup your data and sync first.
