s3 screen flash when it supposed to fade out to apps

you know the fade back out to the apps screen moment? mine sometimes will flash instead of the smooth fade out effect.
what's wrong with it??

Maybe your phone memory/ram is being used by a lot of apps which is causing it to do a quick transition..you might want to check that out
Settings -> Application Manager, and see what apps are taking a lot of memory

also have you messed around with "developer options"?
