S3 severe battery drain

My s3 battery usage is very poor recently.
It drains about 1% for every 1-2 minutes.
Checked the battery chart. Most of the usage are from the screens.
Power saving enabled and lowest screen brightness do no help.
Do help out please.

Let it charge to full then let it get to about 20% or so and take a screen shot of the battery stats and screen on time options. Also, if you have had the device for a long time and have not replaced the battery that could be the issue.

Will do.
Charged it to 100% and its usage is better.
Will check back later when battery usage is poor again.
