S3 Vibrates after turning screen and puting it down

Hi I have a Galaxy s3 GT-1930 When I turned off my phone And put it down it vibrated. All Im asking if it's normal and how to take it off thank you =)

Did it happen just once or does it happen every time you put it down? What were you doing before you set it down?

It happens every time I put it down And I didn't dop anything all I did was check a message and then put it down

Did it start happening recently? All you're doing is setting it down like on a table?

Did it happen after any updates? I can't think of a setting in the phone that would do that.

Sounds like it could be a gesture setting. I know if u have a notification & pick it up, it will vibrate...i miss that feature.

Nope it didnt happen after any updates and I have a notification about my voicemail but idk if that could be it
