S4 4G LTE Icon When On WiFi?

Should the 4G LTE Icon be showing when on WiFi? See pic attached. It's not on, and from what I have checked, isn't adding any data. Never had the icon on with my S3.

Go to application manager and disable Caller Name ID.

The trial software is the one that's causing this issue.
