S4 automatically turns Wi-Fi On. Please help.

My phone suddenly turns the Wi-Fi on and i don't know what's causing it. I'm not on Sprint so i don't have the "Smart Mode" option. Please help.

Do you have anything in Advanced settings on wifi that might do this?

None, i did not do anything. This phone is already more than a year in my possession. Haven't dropped it since. But i noticed yesterday that the wifi is turning on automatically. I think i already turned it off like 5+ times.
