s4 blocking whatsapp and other messengers from using 3g

I am not able to use my whatsapp and other messengers like bbm and Facebook for last some days. . They just don't work. . No messages get sent none are received. ..I don't know maybe there was some security update or something. .. All other net activities are normal only my apps don't have access. . If use a wifi connection all apps work fine. .. Please help. .

Try reinstalling the affected applications. Also, who is your cell carrier?
