S4 mini App help?

Not sure if this is the correct forum.

I have an S4 mini, the client who owns it installed apps from Google Play on it and one of these apps has been bombarding china (did.ijinshan.com). Is there anyway to figure out through a safe application or other means which application is doing this?

I have Kaspersky installed but that doesn't seem to offer any solution.

I turns out all the apps made by "ijinshan" on Google Play are always talking to his/her server in China. The app in question is Battery Doctor. Why does the application need to be connecting to a Chinese server every 2 seconds who know's.
