S4 photo size questions..... help!!

I have 3 questions....
1. if I select a smaller photo size in the camera settings, does it help save memory space?
2. Would this change apply to ALL pictures including those saved from websites and screenshots?
3. Is there a way to resize a photo AFTER its been taken?

2. No. The camera setting change only affects pictures taken from that point on.
3. Yes. Picsart is just one of many apps that can resize pics.

Thanks ill try that app and on the second question. .what I meant was will it also resize screenshots and such taken from that point on too, or only camera pictures

Not really sure about the screenshots, but I would think that it wouldn't affect them.
