S4 restarts

Hi everyone! Everytime I try to install an app from the google play market. Can any one help me? Thanks a million!

It sounds like you may want to clear the Google Play Services cache and maybe reset the app preferences.

Settings-->Application Manager-->All-->Google Play Services-->clear cache
Settings-->Application Manager-->Menu-->Reset app preferences
