S4 Sprint

[AC Question]

Hi, I have a S4 with Sprint and my phone recently quit working. I have tried everything to get it going again but nothing is working. I have tried the factory reset and the phone won't even respond to that, I've tried a new battery, opened the back to see if any wires were disconnected and nothing is wrong with it. Any ideas on how to fix it? or get it going? It is less than a year old!

You said it's not working but you were able to do a factory reset? What exactly isn't working?

Sorry, I meant I tried to do the factory reset but it won't even respond to that. Pressing the three buttons does nothing, as it won't even pop up and give me the option to do a reset. Doesn't show life at all, even after trying a new battery.

So from a powered off state, pressing home plus volume up plus power keys simultaneously won't even show the "booting recovery" blue colored message in the upper left?

Yes, nothing will show, I can't even power up at all, its a black screen with a full battery inside. I can't do anything with it. Any ideas of how to save it?
