I have a S4 VE i9515, suddenly the back and option keys have been disabled and I'm not able to use them any more. I did not make any change or software update.
I tried to restore the phone via default setting and via recovery without success. I searched on the web, but the only solution that I found is to install an app as https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.phoenixstudios.aiogestures.
Finally, I tried to install a custom ROM in particular the latest unofficial version of lineage OS https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/i9505-develop/rom-cm14-1-galaxy-s4-jfvelte-gt-i9515-t3534552 that works well, but it did not solve the problem of keys.
Do you have any suggestions?
