1. How do I use audio zoom? My icon is unclickable.

2. Whenever I record a video in 4k, I'll try to send it to someone and the quality will be ****. Why is this and how can I fix this?

Well, I didn't get that icon is unclickable ?? Does the icon shows On or something different ???I would say you can you take a screen shot and upload it over here so I can see what's going over there ! and the next question recording the video in 4k and it will automatically reduce the quality because I guess when you're sending the a multimedia file the system is programmed in such a way that it will reduced the size I don't think you can do anything about it rather than sending the file directly to the user either by using the power of cloud storage or via sending it directly over the wifi network.

Thanks, hopefully there is a way to fix the video problem. I did manage to fix the audio zoom.
