s5 getting randomly warm? should I be concerned?

Recently my s5 has started to get really warm when I use it for longer than about ten minutes... I only have about 2 aps running when this occurs. Should I be concerned? Its not dangerously hot. But its hot enough to concern me.

I find when it's using something very processor intensive and/or charging it can get warm, generally though I think the plastic helps it to stay pretty cool

Download GSam battery monitor and check the temperature of the battery. My S4 used to get really warm for the first few weeks I owned it, but now it only happens if I'm doing something resource heavy like gaming while I'm charging the phone.
