S5 Restarting randomly, imei unknown, baseband version unknown. What can I do?

S5 Restarting randomly, imei unknown, baseband version unknown.

My S5 G900F is restarting every two to three minutes, then only during this is showing imei unknown, baseband version unknown, and its says device status custom? Then when it reads sim it shows all the relevant information in about device, plus it then shows device status as official? Anyone got any ideas whats going wrong with phone. Thanks in advance.

Is your phone rooted or ever been rooted?

I just bought it and the owner said it has not been rooted but obviously I think it has. One minute it worked perfectly, the next it is malfunctioning. I am going to install the stock firmware, hopefully this will work.

My initial thoughts were either... a corrupt /efs file or the phone had been blacklisted.

It was water damage. The previous owner did not inform of that.

I have another S5 that shows the H+ symbol but will not enable mobile data? It was bought in germany o vodafone and now is in use in the UK. The network and mobile signals are really poor. Always stopping. Any ideas.

What are the exact firmware details and Product code as per #1.8 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

Try flashing the stock Samsung O2, U.K. firmware below, by following the instructions and video in #1.11 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide, and see if this resolves your issue.
