S5 touch wiz

What is touch wiz and touch wiz easy? I have to choose one and decide whether its just once or always. Screen comes up sometimes. I noticed it after I updated to the Kit Kat 4.4.4.. Help

Do you have another launcher downloaded? Like nova? Or something like that? That is why you have the option probably. Touchwiz is Samsung's software for their UI (user interface). On the s5 they improved it a lot. Some people say touchwiz is great and others prefer to install another launcher from the play store.

The 'easy' version is much simplified. I messed with it a bit, but went back to the regular version.

Install an app called 'Home Manager', that will allow you to jump back and forth between any of the various launchers that might be on your phone.

Makes it easy to play around with the different ones and get a feel for them.

I am beginning to like the Nova launcher quite a bit. Wasn't anything really bad about TouchWiz EXCEPT it does not have a way to backup the home pages and folders. If you have to reset your phone for some reason, you loose everything you have configured. That is a no no for me.

If you back up through kies and you reset the device you can use the back up in kies to put everything the way u had it

I just have what came stock with the s5. So I guess chrome is all I used. I haven't noticed much difference after the update except for the touch wiz and touch wiz easy.
