S5 Wont stay connected to MB S CLASS

HI,I have a 2008 MB S Class with a HFP Bluetooth Kit noes iPhone 5 works just fine but the Samsung S5 connects stays on for a few minutes and the the phone says Unfortunately Bluetooth share has stopped.Neither Samsung nor Mb have any idea what this is ?.Samsung even took control of the phone to review all my setting to know avail any idea Guys tried pretty much everything or is it that S5 is just not comparable or do I need a newer HFP Kit
