S6 Active shatter resistent not

I bought it few months ago and it fell from my pocket to the ground and shattered my screen, and when I contacted samsung, they say if shattered it would void warranty!!!!!! Your ad says shattered resistent and it is NOT shattered resistent...plus I would expect a new phone for a falls ad...

That sucks, but the S6 Active was never advertised to have a shatter resistant display screen. As far as I remember they did not advertise the glass screen as it was the same as the standard S6.

Did you happen to purchase the phone new & possibly some insurance or credit card coverage? Maybe they can help.
