S6 Active + youmail + straight talk att no go? (conditional forwarding)

I've used youmail with straight talk on two other phones just fine.. but when i try to activate the youmail app on the s6 active i get an error after it tries to dial the codes..

I contacted straight talk about whether or not conditional forwarding is enabled, they claim they dont support it at all (which seems odd because its worked before)..

has anyone had issues with the s6 + youmail?

I should elaborate.. straight talk said they dont allow for conditional forwarding, which seems strange since it worked on phones in the past.

When you manually dial the various initialization numbers on their site (i've tried all the wizards in help).. an error is thrown on the phone

Call forwarding connection problem or invalid mmi code conditionally for all basic services

I confirmed this isnt working on my wifes s5 either (new transfer as well)

I also tried going to phone.. more settings.. call forwarding and tried setting call forwarding there.. this fails with network or sim error.

From what i've read and as i've known in the past with my old phones.. this should work with att sims on straight talk.. i'm not sure why now suddenly it doesnt.
