s6 edge + - car mount holder

[AC Question]

Hi all! I am was looking for a car mount holder for my s6 edge plus but I was wondering whether they are bad for the edges? Is it ok that the holder presses on the edges of the phone? I am a little bit hesitant about this.

Well i think if you use the case within that you sholudn't have any problems over edges..

I got one that just sort of sticks to the back of my S7 edge.

If you use one that holds the phone by pressing on the edges, it's stressing the glass, and that will probably spider or fracture. If you use one with a magnet on it, that basically holds the phone's battery from the back, that has no effect on the glass (unless you hit a bump and the phone drops off the holder and lands face down, in which case you might break the screen).
