s6 edge Factory Reset Problem

So, I got my phone stolen and got it back. The person who had it removed my fingerprint and i didn't know what the backup password was so I factory reset it. After that, it asked for the last synced gmail account. I put in mine and it doesn't accept it, I tried every single account that could possibly be but it keeps rejecting it.

I just had the exact same issue starting over this weekend. I called my service provider, they transferred me to Samsung who transferred me to google who transferred me back to samsung. I was on the phone for 2 hours to only be disconnected when they tried to transfer me again. If you find an answer, please reply on this forum as I am about to send it back as it is still under warranty.

If you can boot to the download mode, try to re-flash your phone. Search a Guide on how to reflash your phone.
