S6 Edge Plus won't launch OTG APK, and no other FRP methods are working. Any suggestions?

I've tried just about everything I can find. OTG won't launch when inserted, (works fine on my Note 5. File paths look identical to multiple tutorials, tried various APKs) Can't swipe right after Realterm call out (no way to add event, tried with multiple confirmed functional SIM cards) Long press after pulling up keyboard settings not giving search option. Hotspot trip method won't allow for continuation of setup. Unsure how to make Side sync work without having been first installed on phone. Debugging not forced on phone before hard reset, that mean Odin is out? I'm still reading, and trying other methods, but so far no luck. What's a guy to do?
