S6 Overheating Message, but Phone is not hot

I've had my Galaxy S6 for approximately a month now. Until now, it has been working just fine. But for some reason, a pop up message keeps appearing that tells me the phone is overheating and ways to cool it down. Only problem is that the phone is not hot at all. I've kept it at room temperature this whole time. I have recently downloaded some apps in the past week. Is there something wrong internally? I have looked everywhere for help and it seems I am the only one with this problem...

Is the pop up telling you to download certain apps to cool it down?

Im having this same problem and wondering what you found out?
Im suspecting the Mini usb port..
