S6 wont auto connect to car bluetooth

[AC Question]

I had Galaxy S4 that connected to my Ford Explorer every time I got in the car.
Now I have a new Galaxy S6 and it will not auto connect and it will not allow my text messages to be read out loud

Welcome to Android Central! Is the S6 also connected to some other Bluetooth device? If it's connected to a headset, for example, it might not know to disconnect and then connect to the car once you get inside it.
