Android Central Question
So my phone updated today and afterward it was running really smooth, fast, looked a little different and overall improved. So I thought I would research the update just to see if there were any cool changes that I hadn't already noticed. So I looked up the baseband version. All that came up was a weird middle eastern looking website. I have never done anything to my phone other than regular use and update when prompted; never tried to root or any of this other stuff because it is way over my head. The site seemed to be integrated toward doing that sort of thing to your phone. It was in terrible pieces of English, so I didn't get much from it. So the phone is a S7 active, baseband version is g891aucu2brb5. According to Samsung and At&t, the latest software baseband version for this phone should be G891AUCS2BRA7. Again, I know very little about technical stuff like this, but I assume this is not a good thing. The baseband code appears to be "newer" than the phone should have?
So I have no idea what this all means, if anything? Any help please
