Also, have you tried wiping the cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-24999 You can't easily roll back a system update. You might be able to flash the previous firmware using Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html
