S7 Edge- Battery less than 70% Phone lags from sleep

Hi,

S7 Edge
Android 6.0.1

When battery level is on 70% or less when I try open phone from sleep either Home Button or power button on the right there is a 5 second lag. I am avoiding a factory reset due to apps/data etc.

Any ideas?
I have so far cleared Cache and removed SD Card to make sure they are ok and no difference.

Restart into recovery mode (usually Volume Up/Home/Power) and clear the cache there too. (It's a different cache.)
