s7 edge caught on fire

Last Monday night at 3am my s7 edge caught on fire while charging. I was using the samsung charger and cord. Samsung has not been very helpful, just stating that it will take 5 to 7 business days to find what the problem was before they will warranty my phone. In fact the last lady I talked to was quite rude about the whole situation. here is the link to the photos I posted on imgur.

Dang, that's unfortunate, hope no one got hurt. I'm shocked it still says S7 on the back.

Luckily no one got hurt, but someone could have and that is what made me nervous. I am just surprised they are treating it the same way for any other warranty claim, you would think they would have a little more urgency since the whole note 7 thing.

You have to expect an investigation as to cause. Go thru the process
