s7 edge cracked screen stuck in lock screen cant get pattern to light up

my s7 edge screen smashed. there is a green line down the left side of the screen probably because of the smash. the light flashes.

I used to be able to see the pattern after the lock screen after pressing the power button a few times.

yesterday I switched my phone off with the brightness on medium or low.

now once I get to the lock screen pressing the home button obviously just gets me to a light flashing and I cant see the pattern in order to log in and pressing the power button also doesn't get me into the pattern screen either now, just a light flashing.

ive tried to force reboot but it doesn't make a difference.

please help!

Once the screen breaks, it keeps getting worse. Now yours is completely gone. The only "help" that will help is having the screen replaced (and hope that whatever originally smashed the screen didn't cause other damage inside the phone).
