S7 edge on cricket can not make or receive calls

I can not make calls on my s7 edge on cricket. I know it fully unlocked and works on other carriers so it is not a phone issue. I can still text and use mobile data however does anybody have any solutions. I already factory reseted, updated software, reseted the network settings.
