Hmm, I can't say for sure but I have the Otterbox symmetry case and it works just fine.

I have a Pelican case (don't recall the model) and the wireless charging doesn't work well for me. I'm going to return the charging pad as a result.

Edit: My mistake; I reread the web page, and it does include one. Sure didn't look like it to me.

It didn't on mine. Using the Defender or Symmetry works for a few minutes, slowly, then the light starts blinking and the charge stays at whatever # it is. I looked up what that means when the light is blinking, it said you are using an unsupported device. I just take my Symmetry off when charging.

I had the Samsung fast wireless charger for my S7E and it made the phone very hot no matter what case I had on it. Ended up selling it.

I now have the Tylt charger stand and it works great with my Defender case, Symmetry case, Commuter case, and my SupCase. Doesn't heat the phone and does not charge at a snails pace. Only thing is that I have to use a spacer about the diameter of a pencil to raise the phone just a touch. Won't charge if it's sitting all the way down in the charger.

I'd rather lift the phone a little than have the phone burning up on the charger...
