S7 EDGE Problem

I am new, so if i posted something not worthwhile, sorry.

I like the S7 Edge i have. Before anyone asks me, no i dont have a Pc or Laptop or even gaming system. Just my phone. So no way to hook up to something.

I did read someone else had a problem with volume and power button wont work.

Mine is very bad. I cant turn off/reset or even reboot my S7E. It means, it's stuck on 24/7. I have contacted Samsung, no help there really.

I did go to cell phone provider and have a new S7E on the way, However, if i can find way to fix this b4 then, i would be happy.

Odd that a force restart won't reboot... Did you hold down both keys simultaneously for 20 seconds?

A removable battery would be helpful in this case lol. Have you tried running the battery down until it is completely dead. Then charge it and try to turn it on. If the battery is dead it should shut off.
