S7 edge soft keys not functioning

Hi,

I just replaced the USB charging board because one of the soft keys was not lighting up. After installing the new board neither of the keys are lighting up or responding to touch. The USB charge port does work. When I go into the #*0#* test screen and go to Grip sensors, both of the buttons say they are working. Is the board faulty?
