S7 Edge Will not ring or vibrate for incoming calls

Phone will not ring or vibrate on incoming calls. All calls will ring (for the caller) but then go to voicemail. I have had someone tell me they kept getting a busy signal. I don't know how long this has been going on; I don't get a lot of calls, but I'm on call today and that is how I found out. Had my husband and daughter stand next to me and call my phone. Doesn't go straight to voicemail; rings 4-6 times, then voicemail.

I have restarted my phone, but haven't removed the battery (don't know how on this phone).

Try to disable do not disturb mode from the notification pull down.

My son has an S6. Someone told him to change his ringtone and it would fix it temporarily. Apparently the last update is the problem and no one knows how or why yet. I changed ringtones and it worked!

I had the same problem recently and tried several fixes including a factory reset. None of them worked. On a whim I enabled wi-fi calling and made a test call and the phone rang as normal. I then turned off wi-fi calling and now the phone rings for normal calls too. I don't know why it worked but its been working fine now for 2 weeks.

This worked!
I had returned from an overseas trip and wifi was off, but used on again and then turned off and it works. For now at least.
Sprint support had me update PRL, etc, restart but that only worked for 1 call.
