S7 Edge Will Only Charge at USB Speeds

So, randomly one day my S7e started to take forever to charge (6+ hours) I noticed it was reporting it was charging at USB speeds instead of fast charging, so I made sure fast charging was enabled. (it is). Then I tried several other chargers and cables...same result. I even tried a factory reset...nothin.

Anyone else seen this before?

Check the microUSB port to see if there is any debris in there. Blow it out with a can of compressed air, and use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean off the contacts.

If the problem persists, the port itself might be faulty. Bring it back to the store and ask for an exchange--if they can't or won't help, then contact Samsung for warranty repair.
