S7 spotted running Android 7.0

It seems like we may be getting Nougat sooner than expected boys. An S7 has been spotted in the wild running 7.0 also it has been recorded via the GFXBenchmark running 7.0 meaning it may be close to being done. When do you guys feel it'll be out for the international crowd?

When it's released I'll be hanging off from updating too early as I like to see if it's fully baked for my phone.

The could just give us the proper AOD in the October security patch. The S7 Nougat won't have anything useful other than that really, we already have split screen.

Samsung will bring Grace UX and new AOD with that, they will package everything in 1 update, hopefully it will comes before December.

Yeah I'm hoping before December as well. That would be 1 of the fastest times Samsung has updated their phones I think. People wouldn't be able to just talk bad about their update speeds anymore.

Probably by November end. Samsung does need to do it fast. Everyone is eagerly waiting for the update.

Actually I want the Nougat split screen so I can have it on the non-Samsung apps I use that presently don't have it.

I never use it on this or on my nougat devices anyway. The additional doze will be good when it cones too though, I'd forgot that.

I want Grace UX and the advanced Doze. Lately I've been getting great battery life. I can probably get 8 hours of screen on time if I don't fall asleep watching Twitch.tv lol

They already announced the Nougat update will have those.

For Nougat yes. I'm not sure how tied the AOD is to the GraceUI or the OS, but technically Samsung can update AOD from within the AOD app settings. There's an option to check for update.

There was atleast one update to the AOD when I had the Note 7.

I'm thinking Samsung might push it back slightly. I don't think they could deal with any more bad press from pushing it out early and getting it wrong.

based on the fact that the S6 got the MM after the S7's launch, i wouldn't get my hopes high
