S7 stuck on update?

I got my S7 a few hours ago and the first official system update from Samsung got downloaded to my phone 2 hours ago. The update seems to be stuck at 100% where the phone installs the system update. It has been in the "installing system update" state for 1½-2 hours now.

What can I do now? :/

I would try to do a force restart. Press and hold both the power and volume down keys for 20 seconds

Thank you very much, dpham00. I wasnt aware of the Force Restart option. That did it!

Which carrier are you on?

A danish carrier - more precisely TDC. But after I was adviced to do a forced reboot everything is fine. More or less...

I had just the same problem 30min ago, swisscom provider, force restart was the solution! thx!
