S7/Windows 7 File Transfer Issues

[Android Central Question]

Having issues with S7/Windows 7 File Transfer.

When copying files, I get "a device attached to the system is not function" about 1/2 the time, especially if the file is large.

I have tried different cables, no change. On a different computer, same cable, it works perfectly.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers.

It worked on this computer up until today.

Ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you also tried different USB ports on the computer? And make sure you're not using a USB hub.
