S8+ Auto Texting Missed Calls

So I've got the S8+ and I keep having an issue with it auto replying to any missed calls I have! I run a business with my phone and client have been getting "sorry, I can't talk right now. Call back later" whenever hey call and I don't answer

Now I've spent the last 3 days searching this through the interwebs and had 0 luck, I've removed all of the quick responses to ensure it wasn't those, I've made sure Do Not Disturb mode is disabled and it's still sending these texts, I'm on the latest firmware update and all my apps are up to date, the only non stock app I have on my phone is Avast Antivirus (which I have run to make sure it wasn't infected).

I am a U.K. User, so my provider is BT (which is EE, Orange, T-Mobile, BT) as BT own EE who own Orange and T-Mobile here (confusing right?), not sure if this will make any difference but thought I'd provide the info anyway.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? I'm on the brink of selling the phone and going back to iPhone 😡

And I assume the quick decline messages under call settings are all negative?

I've checked every possible setting and they're all off, DnD, Driving mode, all quick decline messages are gone and any other quick reply messages just for safe measure (never use them anyway) I honestly have no idea what's going on

Yeah, I checked that Vasekvi, Driving mode isn't on in any form nor does it exist on my phone, I literally set the phone up and it's been doing this since the start

I saw on a forum to uncheck your car under the Bluetooth settings, but that would obviously only solve your problem if you're driving.

I had this happen to me today - didn't see a resolution here so thought I'd post in case anyone else comes through. This auto-message is in the EDGE settings. Its defaulted to On and if your finger hits the flash/heartrate spot on the back of the phone for 2+ seconds when there is a call it autosends that awful message. So very stupid. I found it on a Hidden Feature's forum for the S7 Edge. Was a bit freaked out - my boss was calling me and my stupid phone told her to call me back later. OMG.

Thanks for the info.

There REALLY needs to be a way to disable this 'feature'. I have disabled Edge Lighting as suggested elsewhere in the hope that this will do, it, but that's not really a good solution.
