Verizon Galaxy S8 S8 heat warning won't go away.

I have S8 in the shop that is a real lemon. I've changed the battery twice, replaced the screen, and the charge port once. I just can't get this exclamation point to go away when the phone is plugged into charger. What's up with that?!?
