S9 and s9+ will they get the ui update?

They will get 2.5 when Samsung decide to release it but there will be no further OS updates

I got the 2.5 update with the November security patch on my AT&T S9.

But, no, we won't ever get One UI 3. That's for Android 11, and the S9/Note 9 line is done with major OS updates.
