Shot in Auto FHD 1920x1080 30fps digital zoom was used and video stabilization was ON. I suspect the problem on the S9 is with the Video Stabilization getting confused with the strobe and stage lights.
The problem did not appear on the S9's display during the video recordings. We only noticed the problem after the concert and playing the video recordings back on the S9 and playing the video files on a PC.
BTW, My S7 Edge videos shot at the same event, time and location did not suffer the same problem. https://youtu.be/SZjG6sXckUY
P.S. The audio is a lot better on the videos shot with the S9 when compared to the S7 Edge.
