S9+ face recognition not working

[Android Central Question]

Just 2 week of phone. The red light used to blink before but now nothing. I TRIED to record my face again but it doesn't work- any idea before i reset to factory settings

Try this:
Go to Lock screen & Sec.. Intelligent scan ... click "Remove face and Iris data" ..
soft reset ..
Set up your face scan again ..

If doesn't work ...: Wipe out system cache .. !
