S9 Gets warm on restart (normal)?

aside from losing about 2% battery upon rebooting it gets warm and stays like that for about 5-7 minutes I'm guessing it's normal?

I'm using a S9.

Do you have an SD inserted? If so, see what happens if you unmount the card, remove it, then reboot.

I have some powerful apps that starts upon rebooting guess it could be related.
